The role requires a Master's degree or higher in School Psychology, state certification, and experience with psychoeducational evaluations and IEPs. Collaboration and reporting skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or related field (Required).
• State Certification as a School Psychologist (Temporary or Professional) – Required.
• NCSP credential (Preferred).
• Experience with school-based psychoeducational evaluations and IEP teams.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments (intellectual, academic, behavioral, emotional, functional).
• Interpret results and assist in determining eligibility for special education services.
• Develop recommendations for IEPs.
• Lead FBAs and BIPs.
• Provide consultation and case management for students and staff.
• Participate in manifestation determination meetings and crisis response when needed.
• Collaborate with school teams, families, and other professionals.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws related to students with disabilities.
• Serve as a valued member of the Multi-Disciplinary Team.
