Job summary

Adelphi Medical Staffing, LLC in Durham, North Carolina is seeking a School Psychologist to deliver in-person psychoeducational evaluations and support student success within a school setting.

You will participate in IEP and MTSS processes, prepare evaluation reports, and collaborate with teachers and families to address educational, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.

Requirements include Active North Carolina licensure and relevant school psychology experience in B- or K-12 settings.

Qualifications

  • Active North Carolina licensure through NCDPI or the North Carolina Psychology Board.
  • Meet applicable NCDPI qualifications for school psychology personnel.
  • Experience providing school-based psychology services.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and reevaluations.
  • Administer and score assessments, conduct observations, and prepare reports.
  • Enter assessment information into ECATS and contribute to eligibility documentation.
  • Participate in IEP, MTSS, student support, and multidisciplinary meetings.
  • Conduct safety/threat assessments as needed.
  • Participate in FBA/BIP processes with consultation and data collection.
  • Collaborate with staff, students, and families to support progress.
  • Attend monthly School Psychology Department PLC meetings.
  • Maintain documentation, confidentiality, licensure, and professional standards.
