Every Special Child LLC. in Leetsdale is seeking a compassionate School Psychologist to support students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral wellbeing. Qualifications

• Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist as required by local/state regulations.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school or educational setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools, counseling techniques, and intervention strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and student-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological, behavioral, and educational assessments for students.
• Identify learning, developmental, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
• Provide individual and group counseling to students.
• Support students dealing with anxiety, stress, trauma, bullying, and social-emotional concerns.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to design effective intervention strategies.
• Participate in the development and review of IEPs and other student support plans.
• Assist in crisis intervention and student mental health support.
• Develop behavior management plans and monitor student progress.
• Promote positive mental health and wellbeing programs across the school community.

Education

Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology, Educational Psychology, or related field
