Job summary

Uplift Education is hiring a School Psychologist (Licensed Specialist in School Psychology) for the Central Management Office. The role provides psychological services across campuses, including evaluations, ARD participation and collaboration with staff to support IEP/BIP implementation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology from an accredited college or university.
• Two years of experience providing psychology services in an educational setting preferred.
• Valid Texas license as Licensed Specialist in School Psychology.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and three-year psychological evaluations including autism evaluations for students on assigned campuses.
• Write Full and Individual Evaluation, FBA, and BIP reports per state regulations.
• Collect and organize evaluation data from multiple stakeholders including teachers, parents, and administrators.
• Attend ARD Committee meetings to interpret results and develop instructional strategies.
• Collaborate with ARD Committee to participate in Manifestation Determination Review meetings.
• Maintain and file reports and ARD records to comply with laws.
• Assist classroom teachers and administrators with IEP and BIP implementation.
