Job summary

Barber National Institute in Erie, PA, is seeking a compassionate School Psychologist to support students' academic and social-emotional success in our school-based programs.

You will conduct psychoeducational evaluations, participate in IEP meetings, provide crisis support, and collaborate with families and educators to implement data-driven interventions within a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Ed.S. in School Psychology or closely related field required.
• Two to five years of school psychology experience in K-12 or related settings preferred.
• PDE School Psychologist Certificate (PK-12) required or ability to obtain.
• NCSP credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations, re-evaluations, observations and FBAs.
• Administer, score, and interpret standardized assessments.
• Prepare evaluation reports and present findings to families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings and recommend supports.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families on interventions and behavior plans.
• Provide crisis response support and risk assessments.
