Job summary

RXinsider LTD. seeks a dedicated School Psychologist for the 2026–2027 academic year to support students’ academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development in Asheville, North Carolina. The role emphasizes collaboration with educators, families, and support staff to create a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing IEPs and 504 Plans, interpreting data, advising on interventions, crisis support, and maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
• Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist.
• Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in a school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and educational assessments to support student learning and development
• Interpret assessment data and provide recommendations for interventions and instructional strategies
• Participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Support crisis intervention and prevention efforts
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
