Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a compassionate School Psychologist to assess and support students’ psychological and educational needs. You will conduct evaluations, review results with families and district staff, and collaborate with ARD to design targeted interventions that improve learning and participation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in an accredited School Psychology program.
• Active license to practice as a School Psychologist in Texas.
• Completion of an internship in School Psychology.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Psychological and/or Psycho-Educational evaluations to determine students’ eligibility for specialized services.
• Review evaluation results with parents and district personnel, offering clear and compassionate guidance.
• Collaborate with the ARD committee to design targeted, evidence-based therapeutic interventions that enhance student performance, participation, and access to education.
• Deliver therapy services as outlined in students’ Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of student progress and use data to adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and other discussions to advocate for and support students’ needs.
