Nyman Associates is seeking a School Psychologist to support students' academic, social-emotional, and behavioral well-being within the school community in Stamford, CT. You will provide assessment, intervention, consultation, and counseling services to promote student success and development.

Responsibilities include assessments, intervention planning, crisis intervention, progress monitoring, data analysis, and comprehensive reporting, plus collaboration with teachers and related service

Qualifications

• Master's degree or doctoral in School Psychology from an accredited program.
• State licensure or certification as a School Psychologist, or eligibility for licensure/certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psycho-educational assessments to determine student needs.
• Plan and implement intervention strategies.
• Provide crisis intervention when required.
• Progress monitor students and adjust supports as needed.
• Analyze data to determine educational needs and progress.
• Prepare comprehensive educational reports and documentation.
• Consult with teachers, related service providers and school teams to coordinate services.
