Job summary

The role involves participating in IEPs, crisis support, and developing actionable interventions with educators. A master's in psychology and PDE certification are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
• Valid Pennsylvania School Psychologist Certification issued by PDE.
• Experience in assessments, counseling, and school-based consultation.

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret psychological tests assessing cognitive, academic, emotional, and social functioning.
• Provide individual or group counseling to students with mental health or behavioral needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop intervention strategies for students with disabilities or behavioral concerns.
• Participate in IEP development and reviews to ensure appropriate psychological support for students.
• Support during school crises, identifying at-risk students and assisting with emergency mental health plans.

Our school client is seeking a PA Certified School Psychologist - Philadelphia, PA.

This is a Full School Day Hours opportunity.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Master's degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
• Valid Pennsylvania School Psychologist Certification issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE)
• Practical experience in conducting psychological assessments, counseling, and providing consultation in a school setting,
