Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking School Psychologists for full-time, school-based roles in Michigan. The School Psychologist will provide comprehensive psychological services, conduct evaluations, interpret data, develop recommendations, and participate in eligibility meetings.

Qualifications

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

The School Psychologist provides comprehensive psychological services to support students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral success. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, interpreting assessment data, developing recommendations, participating in special education eligibility meetings, and collaborating with educators, administrators, and families to promote positive student outcomes in accordance with state and federal regulations.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Specialist-level degree (Ed.S.), Master's degree plus appropriate specialist certification, or Doctorate in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid Michigan School Psychologist credential required through the Michigan Department of Education
  • Michigan School Psychologist Certification or approval required
  • Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and writing comprehensive evaluation reports
  • Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, MTSS, and special education compliance requirements
  • Ability to interpret assessment results and present findings to multidisciplinary teams and families
  • Experience participating in IEP meetings, eligibility determinations, and manifestation determination reviews
  • Strong consultation, collaboration, and communication skills
  • School-based experience preferred
