Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking full-time and PRN School Psychologists to provide in-person psychological services to students across diverse educational settings. This role offers flexible, autonomous scheduling and collaboration with school teams.

Qualifications include state certification, a Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology, and familiarity with IDEA. Experience with Enrich is a plus, and virtual meetings are common in this role.

Qualifications

• Valid certification in the state where services will be provided.
• Specialist Degree or Master's in School Psychology from an accredited college or university.
• Knowledge of IDEA and eligibility processes.
• Experience with Enrich or similar electronic records systems preferred.
• Experience participating in virtual meetings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations on-site including cognitive and academic testing.
• Collaborate with IEP teams, staff and families to support student success.
• Prepare documentation, reports and eligibility meetings from home when appropriate.
• Provide consultation and evidence-based recommendations to school teams.
• Lead crisis intervention and assist with FBAs and BIPs development.
• Support staff with interventions and accommodations for students.

Position Overview

We are seeking full-time and PRN School Psychologists to join our team and provide in-person psychological services to students across diverse educational settings. This flexible, as-needed role is ideal for professionals who value autonomy, impact, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations on-site, including cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and behavioral assessments
• Collaborate with IEP teams, school staff, and families to support student success
• Complete documentation, report writing, and eligibility meetings from home
• Provide consultation and evidence-based recommendations to school teams
• Lead crisis intervention efforts and provide insight into the development of functional assessments (FBAs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide assistance to staff in the design and implementation of appropriate interventions and accommodations for students
• Work as part of a clinically led team focused on service quality and student outcomes

Minimum Requirements

• Valid certification in the state where services will be provided
• Specialist Degree or Master's in School Psychology from an accredited college or university
• Knowledge of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA)
• Experience with Enrich (or other electronic records system) is preferred
• Familiar with assigned state's Special Education Process Guide and eligibility requirements is preferred
• Experience participating in virtual meetings
