Job summary

TSP Ed Co is seeking a compassionate School Psychologist to support students in the Lakeville, MA area. You will collaborate with educators and families to strengthen academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and functional skills.

You will perform psychoeducational assessments, support IEP development, provide counseling, and work with school staff to monitor progress and implement interventions. MA credential and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

  • Active credential/license as School Psychologist in Massachusetts.
  • Master's or specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Experience with children/adolescents preferred; school-based experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of psychoeducational assessment and special education processes.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, organization and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments and evaluations.

  • Provide individual and/or small-group counseling and social-emotional support.

TSP Ed Co is seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Psychologist to join our team and support students in a school setting in Lakeville, MA.

This is a great opportunity for a School Psychologist who enjoys working directly with students, collaborating with educators and families, and helping children develop the academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and functional skills they need to be successful at school.

What You'll Do

As a School Psychologist, you will work collaboratively with special education staff and other members of the educational team to support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. Responsibilities may include:

  • Conducting comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and evaluations
  • Supporting the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Providing individual and/or small-group counseling and social-emotional support
  • Supporting students with behavioral, academic, and social-emotional needs
  • Collaborating with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
  • Participating in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Developing recommendations and strategies to support student success
  • Monitoring and documenting student progress and providing appropriate reports
  • Consulting with school staff regarding behavioral interventions and student needs
  • Maintaining student confidentiality and following all school and TSP Ed Co policies
Qualifications
  • Active School Psychologist credential/license appropriate for practice in Massachusetts
  • Master's or specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Experience working with children or adolescents preferred
  • School-based and/or special education experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of psychoeducational assessment and special education processes
  • Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and documentation skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to helping students succeed
  • Ability to meet all applicable school, licensing, and employment requirements
