Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for a full-time role near Anderson, Indiana. You will conduct psychoeducational evaluations, participate in IEPs, MDTs, and provide counseling and behavioral supports to students, collaborating with families and educators to foster student success.

Responsibilities include evaluation reporting, MTSS alignment, crisis intervention, and ensuring compliance with IDEA and district guidelines.

Qualifications

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations for students referred for special education services
• Interpret assessment results and prepare comprehensive evaluation reports
• Participate in eligibility conferences, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff to develop academic and behavioral interventions
• Provide individual and group counseling services as appropriate
• Assist with behavior intervention plans and social-emotional supports
• Support crisis intervention, threat assessments, and student safety initiatives
• Monitor student progress and provide recommendations for educational programming and accommodations
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation per district/state/federal guidelines
• Participate in professional development and district initiatives focused on student wellness and achievement
• Possess knowledge of special education laws, IDEA, evaluation procedures, MTSS, and IEP processes

Responsibilities
