Job summary

Inter-State Studio & Publishing Co. is seeking a Portrait/Sports Photographer for school photography and yearbooks. No experience required, with opportunities to advance.

We are a family-owned business serving schools for 90 years, offering high-quality portraits and yearbooks at affordable prices. Responsibilities include traveling to schools, photographing students and staff, and handling setup and post-shoot tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation with insurance coverage (must be able to fit photography equipment in small sedans).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Post-offer background check includes a motor vehicle report.

• Set up, maintain, and organize photography equipment.
• Pose students according to our guidelines (we’ll teach you everything!).
• Ensure high-quality, sellable images are captured.
• Uphold excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Complete post-shoot paperwork and auditing.
• Operate company software (training provided).
