Job summary

Pediatric Home Service (PHS) is seeking School-Based Pediatric Nurses to provide 1:1 care for children ages 1-19 with complex needs in school settings across Omaha and surrounding areas.

As part of our team, you will deliver skilled nursing care, monitor health needs, and support safe participation in classroom activities while partnering with families and school staff. Training for ventilator/trach/g-tube care is provided.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as RN or LPN in Nebraska (required).
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Training provided for ventilator, trach and g-tube care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care in the school setting.
• Monitor and respond to each student's healthcare needs.
• Support safe participation in classroom and school activities.
• Partner with families, school staff, and clinical teams.
• Build meaningful relationships with the child and their support network.
• Help students achieve educational and health-related goals.
