Job summary
Amergis Educational Staffing is hiring Occupational Therapists for school-based opportunities in Illinois. You will perform student evaluations, develop and provide therapy services, and document care according to the plan of care for each student.
Placements span elementary through high school with caseloads varying by district needs and therapist preferences. Enjoy competitive pay up to $60/hour, weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and flexible placement options for the current school year.
Qualifications
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
- One year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
- Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
- Current CPR if applicable.
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Perform student evaluations.
- Develop and provide therapy services.
- Document services in accordance with the plan of care for each student.
