Job summary

Seabright is partnering with a school district to hire a contract School Certified Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year in Costa Mesa, CA. This on-site, full-time position runs 35 hours per week with a 12/18/2026 end date.

Pay ranges from $57.67 to $66.00 per hour. Eligible staff may receive a $2,000 completion bonus and up to $3,000 in referral bonuses, plus medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching and CEU/license reimbursements.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as School OT within the last 3 years.
• Valid School OT credential/license or in process in state of practice.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship available.
