Supplemental Health Care, Inc. is seeking a local contract School Occupational Therapist in Lorain, Ohio. This 13-week assignment is 14 hours per week, with a 1-hour daily shift.

Start date ASAP with a weekly schedule that supports evenings off and school-based days during the typical school calendar. You will provide OT services under IEP guidance, monitor progress, collaborate with teachers and families, and may supervise aides as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with an Ohio license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Passion for working with kids and a creative, flexible approach.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services based on each student’s IEP.
• Develop, implement, and track therapy plans that actually work.
• Evaluate students, collect data, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to help students thrive.
• Work across multiple grade levels (some travel between schools may be required).
• Potentially supervise OT assistants.
