Job summary

Amergis in Norwalk, CA is seeking a School Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract–full time position in schools. The OT will evaluate students, develop and provide therapy services, and document services according to each student’s plan of care.

Requirements include current California OT licensure; preferred 1 year of experience; CPR if applicable; TB/PPD or chest x-ray; and health certification; all federal/state/local regulations must be met.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of California.
• One year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• CPR certification if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
