Key Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California (or eligibility)
• Demonstrated expertise in a school setting, including individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Experience with Home Health and Healthcare OT practices is highly desirable
• Competency in teletherapy delivery, including comfort with digital platforms and remote engagement
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Flexibility to adapt to changing student needs and a range of service delivery models

What Youll Be Doing:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for students, both individually and in groups
• Develop, implement, and document evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each students learning goals
• Deliver therapy services on-site and via virtual platforms, adapting seamlessly between in-person and teletherapyConsult with teachers, families, and school staff, offering strategies and tools to support student independence and success
