Provide occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs within the school setting.
Assess students' functional abilities and develop individualized therapy plans.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student success.
Adapt therapy techniques to meet academic and developmental goals.
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulations and standards.
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent recognized by licensing boards.
Current Occupational Therapist license and relevant state certifications.
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a school setting.
Strong caseload management skills.
Effective communication skills, adaptability to school environments, ability to work independently, and pass all background checks.
Familiarity with EMR systems.
Ability to handle physically demanding tasks related to therapy sessions.
Flexible scheduling preferred.
