Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel School Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Sewickley, Pennsylvania. The role is 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, 40 hours per week, for 13 weeks.

The therapist will provide skilled OT services in a school setting, follow physician orders, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support student goals and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited OT program.
• Current state OT license or in the licensure process.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet OT goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services to students in accordance with school protocol.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan patient goals.

• This is a contract position.

Requirements include:

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist / OT.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
