Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• ServSafe certification preferred
• Prior experience in quantity food production preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods per recipes and ensure taste/texture quality.
• Operate ovens, steamers, slicers, dishwashers and other kitchen equipment.
• Ensure meals are served at correct temperatures and times.
• Present foods in an attractive, sanitary manner.
• Follow safety, sanitation and storage guidelines.
• Assist Kitchen Manager with duties and daily operations.
• May act as cashier during meal service.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and track daily sales.
