Job summary

• Maintain a sanitary operation following local health department rules.
• Maintain proper sanitation with correct food handling, preparation, storage, and equipment care.
• Rotate tasks across food prep, cashiering, serving lines, cleaning up and related duties.
• Assist with counting receipts and data for food production records.
