Butts County Schools is seeking a School Nutrition Program Assistant at Daughtry Elementary School. This role supports daily meal service under the School Nutrition Personnel salary schedule, with 184 work days and 6.5 hours per day. Two vacancies are available, with full-time benefits as defined by district policy.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED. Preference for at least one year in institutional food service; orientation and annual training as required by GA DOE are

Position Title: School Nutrition Program Assistant- 2 vacancies

Location: Daughtry Elementary School

Salary Schedule: School Nutrition Personnel

Work Days: 184

Work Hours: 6.5hoursdaily

Minimum Qualifictions: High school diploma GED equivalent REQUIRED

Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of one (1) year experience in institutional food service preparation preferred.

*Orientation for Nutrition Employees training must be successfully completed in accordance with Georgia Department of Education requirements. Attendance at yearly training sessions is required.

NOTE: At least three Professionalreferences are required for those applicants that have not previously worked with Butts County Schools. You must includeemail addresses on your application when providing references and we will send the reference form for you. A reference from your current immediate supervisor is required.
