Union County Public Schools is seeking a School Nutrition Assistant for the Cuthbertson Cluster Floater role. The position is full-time at a school site, with benefits and standard cafeteria duties Monday through Friday.

You will assist in serving meals, maintain cleanliness to health standards, and perform basic kitchen tasks including sweeping and trash removal. A positive, engaging attitude toward students and staff is essential.

Description

As a school nutrition assistant, you will have the opportunity to enjoy working in an active and exciting school cafeteria team setting serving children and faculty Monday thru Friday throughout the school year. Be prepared for major fun in this role!

Job Summary

This position requires you to be active. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion and will be on your feet for a good part of the shift. You are responsible for keeping the kitchen and dining area up to health department regulations and will be required to sweep, mop and/or take out trash as needed.

Nature of Work
