Job summary

Uplift Education seeks a dedicated school health nurse to provide comprehensive health services for students and staff across the network. You will deliver routine, urgent, and emergent care in alignment with Texas BON standards.

Responsibilities include health screenings, immunizations, developing IHPs, coordinating with teachers, parents, and physicians, and contributing to a safe learning environment. Texas license (RN or LVN) and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited professional nursing education program.
• 1+ years of nursing experience as a registered nurse or licensed vocational nurse.
• Valid Texas RN or LVN license; BLS certification required; LVN license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to students and staff (routine, urgent, emergent, palliative).
• Comply with Texas BON regulations and guidelines.
• Conduct health screenings as required; make referrals as needed.
