Job summary

RCM Health Care Services is seeking a School Nurse (RN) for an onsite school setting in Phoenix, AZ. This per diem role offers a 7-7.5 hour shift with a school-day schedule and a contract length for the school year.

The RN administers medications, provides first aid, and coordinates health services for students under district policies, while collaborating with school staff. The ideal candidate holds an RN license in AZ, CPR/AED certification, and at least 2 years of school health experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of school health experience preferred.
• First Aid Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct professional nursing care to students, including first aid, illness, and injury care.
• Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate medication documentation.
• Respond to medical emergencies and support health screenings.
• Develop and implement Individual Healthcare Plans for students with needs.
• Collaborate with IEP/504 teams as needed and ensure safe health environments.
