Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work with students in Grand Rapids, MI for the upcoming school year. This role provides nursing care for students with medical needs, including Trach, vent, G-tube feedings and seizure monitoring, with possible school bus transportation.

Qualifications

• Current RN license for the state of practice.
• Current Health Certificate.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for students with medical needs (Trach, vent, G-tube feedings, seizure monitoring).
• May ride the bus to and from school with the patient.
