NPORT Staffing is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide school-based nursing services through the Office of School Health (OSH) for the upcoming school year beginning September 2026. We are currently hiring for both Full-Time and Per Diem School Nurse positions, with flexible schedules available 1–5 days per week during school hours, to serve NYC schools.

Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with NYC Department of Education Office of School Health (OSH) guidelines and NPORT policies.
• Assess and manage student health concerns and medical emergencies.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records.
• Communicate effectively with school personnel, parents/guardians, and healthcare providers.
• Promote student health and wellness within the school community.
