Job summary

Dike-New Hartford Community School District in Iowa is seeking a Long-Term Substitute School Nurse to join our team. This temporary assignment begins mid-November 2026 and runs for 8–12 weeks, serving students at both New Hartford and Dike campuses.

The RN will provide care for sick and injured students, administer medications, respond to health needs and emergencies, maintain health records, and communicate with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Iowa RN license and CPR/AED plus First Aid certification.
• Demonstrates strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Able to remain calm and professional in a school environment.
