Job summary

Seabright is partnering with an exceptional school district to hire a contract RN - School Nurse for the 2026-2027 school year. Schedule: Full Time, serving Elementary through High School and Pre-K across multiple sites, with a 30+ hour weekly commitment.

Compensation includes a local contract pay range of $50.82–$58.16 per hour, plus benefits such as Medical, Dental and Vision, 401K matching, Wellness/EAP, and a $1,000 referral bonus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as RN - School Nurse within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
• Valid RN - School Nurse credential/license or in process in state of practice
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. Sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide school nursing services across assigned grades (Elementary through High School and Pre-K) per district policies.
• Collaborate with district staff to support student health needs and safety.
• Maintain student health records and deliver care during the school year.
