Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts Theater Education certification.
• Current district staff member preferred.
• Demonstrates expertise in dramatics education.
• Equivalents or training that provide the required knowledge and abilities are acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Produce and direct musical productions and manage production calendar.
• Apply equity lens in casting and process for casting and participation.
• Recruitment and outreach to attract theater participants.
• Teach acting principles, diction, voice development, and performance techniques.
