• Understand what is included in a meal and ensure proper storage.
• Serve food according to schedules and policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper sanitation.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and uniform policy.
• Coordinate with the Manager to prepare the daily menu.
• Supervise temperature controls and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist in major cleaning of refrigerators, freezers, and cooking/serving areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned including other areas in the kitchen.
