Job summary

Taher, Inc. is seeking a food service aide to prepare, serve, distribute food, and help with clean up in our K-12 lunch program. You will work with a team of professionals to provide nutritious, chef-created meals and uphold food safety standards every day.

The ideal candidate has food service or customer service experience, basic arithmetic skills, punctuality, dependability, a professional appearance, and the ability to pass a criminal background check. EOE/AA

Qualifications

• Food service or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to do simple arithmetic
• Ability to make correct change and use a basic computation device
• Contributes to a positive work environment
• Demonstrates integrity and respects confidentiality
• Dependable, punctual
• Independent self-starter able to meet deadlines
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Follows food safety requirements/guidelines
• Successfully pass a criminal background check
