Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Evaluate the health needs of students attending assigned schools.
- Provide or arrange for selected screenings and assessments.
- Provide care coordination/case management.
- Provide generalized health services.
- Implement medication distribution system.
- Maintain student health records.
