Job summary

FIRSTNET GLOBAL LLC is seeking an LPN to provide dedicated one-to-one nursing support for a medically complex elementary student in a school setting.

The LPN will monitor seizures, respiratory status, G-tube feeding, and positioning throughout the day, following the RN-developed plan and emergency procedures. Documentation and collaboration with family and EMS are essential parts of daily care.

Qualifications

• LPN licensed and under RN supervision.
• Experience with pediatric neuro/medical complexity preferred.
• Ability to manage gastrostomy tube feeding and suctioning as prescribed.

Responsibilities

• Assess arrival baseline status and review orders.
• Monitor seizures and respiratory status; position for airway and comfort.
• Administer G-tube bolus feeding per prescriber's orders; document response.
• Perform oral suctioning and vomiting precautions as directed by RN plan.
• Document care activities and communicate with RN, family, and EMS as needed.
