Qualifications

• Current, active LPN/LVN license.

• Knowledge of community health resources and public health services.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

The School LPN/LVN provides nursing support to students inthe school setting in accordance with state nursing regulations and scope ofpractice requirements.
