Job summary

Akron Children’s Hospital is seeking a School Staff Nurse to provide health services to students, within a 30-mile radius of the employee’s home, in a part-time, onsite capacity. The role requires a BSN and RN licensure with BLS; a minimum of one year in healthcare is expected.

Experience in school settings and multidisciplinary teamwork is preferred. The nurse will maintain student health records, deliver routine and emergency care, and participate in department and hospital education efforts

• Experience in pediatric nursing is preferred.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team is preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in healthcare is required.
