Job summary

Minnetonka Public School Service Center is seeking a licensed school nurse to support students district-wide, conducting assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for health conditions affecting learning.

The role includes direct nursing care, health education, medical record maintenance, and collaboration with teachers, families and community agencies to promote student wellness.

Qualifications

• 4-year baccalaureate degree is required.
• Minnesota Registered Nurse License is required.
• Minnesota License School Nurse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for students with health conditions in the school setting.
• Deliver direct nursing services such as first aid, illness care, medication administration and related procedures.
• Provide mental health support and referrals as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records to comply with state mandates.
