Responsabilités

• Provides one-on-one care for assigned student(s) per IHP and provider orders.
• Monitors students in school, bus, and field settings for first aid and care per IHP.
• Provides feedback to School Nurse to ensure appropriate care plans and records.
• Provides first aid and emergency care and supports ill students.
• Collaborates with School Nurse, parents, students, and healthcare providers to secure needed treatment and information.
• Carries out plans of care constructed by the School Nurse for students with health needs.
• Assists with health screenings and refers when needed.
• Prepares health documentation and maintains records.
• Reports incidents and injuries to maintain safety and compliance.
