Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 60 college credits or an Associate degree or higher, or Bachelors preferred.
• Experience with children and ability to engage with staff, students and the community.
• Strong interpersonal communication and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to participate in building activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cafeteria, hallways, and ISS room during the school day.
• Provide tutoring assistance in ISS and supervise study halls.
• Serve as substitute teacher when needed.
• Maintain disciplinary referral records and ensure safety.
• Work with staff to enforce behavioral expectations and a positive environment.
• Attend to duties as assigned and ensure regular attendance.
