• Consult with parents, teachers, and administrators to enhance student support.
• Collaborate with community resources to assist students.
• Maintain effective communication systems among professionals.
• Participate in planning and evaluating campus testing programs.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate the guidance program.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain required records.
• Supervise counseling aides and clerical staff.
