Qualifications

• Has passed pesticide examine and can do right of ways, ornamental and turf-grass spraying.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of grounds.
• Cuts and maintains grass.
• Trim, prune and spray bushes/trees/shrubs.
• Trims and edges.
• Maintains and repairs irrigation system.
• Performs landscaping.
• Applies pesticides, fertilizer and other chemicals.
• Prepares and marks athletic fields.
• Maintains sidewalks and parking lots, including sealing, painting and marking, patching and repairs.
• Snow removal.
• Regularly services and maintains vehicles and equipment.
• Repairs and replaces signage/fences.
