Job summary

St. Cloud School District 742 is seeking a Groundskeeper to manage the day-to-day operation of the grounds area assigned, ensuring safety and security and performing other duties as assigned.

This hourly role supports school facilities year round under the supervision of the Director of Building and Grounds and engineers. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of job-related experience preferred.
• Bilingual is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in snow removal, grass cutting, athletic field marking, asphalt repairs, and maintenance of equipment.
• Assist building administrators and other staff in scheduling athletic events and setup.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support the school district's mission.
• Assist in implementing projects in buildings during slow work or rain days.
• Supervise custodial and other staff and coordinate with district resources for exterior work.
