Job summary

Maschio's Food Service Inc. in New Jersey is seeking school food service workers to serve nutritious meals to students in the North Plainfield area.

You will join a great team with flexible hours, no nights or weekends, and opportunities for growth. Experience is welcome but not required; training is provided on site.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain proper documentation to work in schools.
• TB testing is required.
• Reliable transportation is essential.
• Commitment to safety and cleanliness.
• Able to sit, bend, reach and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Able to stand for about 4 hours daily.
• Experience with POS/cashier systems is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve nutritious meals to students in a school setting.
• Follow food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Accurately operate POS/cashier systems during meal service.
• Assist with setup, serving, and cleanup for meals.
• Demonstrate reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
