Maschio's Food Service Inc. is seeking a dependable, friendly Part-Time School Food Service Worker to join our school cafeteria team. You will help provide nutritious meals in a clean, safe environment.

The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced setting, works well with others, and takes pride in providing quality meals and excellent service to students and staff. The position offers a day shift, typically 4 hours per day, with pizza prep, POS duties, and collaboration with cafeteria

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping ingredients and assembling meals.
• Prepare pizzas by assembling dough, sauce, cheese, and toppings according to recipes and portion standards.
• Operate ovens and other kitchen equipment safely to bake pizzas and other menu items.
• Follow established recipes, menus, and food production guidelines.
• Serve pizza and other meals to students in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Operate the POS system and perform cashier duties.
• Stock, organize, and rotate food and supplies.
• Monitor food quality, temperatures, and portion sizes in accordance with food safety procedures.
• Wash dishes and clean kitchen equipment, workstations, and serving areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and cafeteria.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with cafeteria staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
