Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Food Supervisor to provide on-site oversight and coordination of food service operations at the Aurora East School District 131 location. The role focuses on managing daily activities, ensuring safety and service quality, and supporting management with team supervision across fast casual, caf​​eterias, events, and dining spaces.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of related experience with supervisory exposure, a valid driver's license, and a flexible approach to varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.
• 1 or more years of related work experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Additional Requirements: Possess a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
