Job summary

Responsibilities

• Managing the operation on a daily basis.
• Cooking - Food preparation and portion control according to NSLP guidelines.
• Ordering and inventory management, assist in marketing promotions.
• POS/Register support and cash handling procedures.
• Ensure safety by using PPE at all times.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen at all times.
• Staffing - secure food service workers and substitutes.
