Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix and assemble a variety of sandwiches.
• Slice meat, cheese, vegetables or other products for sandwiches or options.
• Pack prepared sandwiches for transport to units on campus.
• Clean and sanitize work area and equipment.
• Handle all food contact surfaces with sanitizer.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as needed.
• Perform cash register duties using POS system.
• Attend to other duties as required.
